Student projects

Feel free to cantact me in case you are interested in a project about nanopore / AFM sensing of biomolecules, data analysis, or microfabrication of different substrates. Please also include your CV, a current overview of your courses (e.g. mystudies), and 2-3 sentences about your skills / experiences.

Student projects will be defined individually but might cover one of the following topics:

- Electro-chemical experiments and data analysis of single biomolecules
- Design and fabrication of Si-chips with nanostructures for micro-/nano-fluidics and electro-chemical readout
- Design and programming of a software to control and analyze a single biomolecule sensing setup (LabVIEW and/or Python)
- Microfluidic/electrochemical simulations (COMSOL)
