Interaction of substances with light is an important phenomenon to investigate optical biosensors. Spectroscopy is one of the tools to analize such optical properties.
In combination with optical microscope, our spectrophotometer allows spectra of extremely small area(Figure 1). Darkfield imaging system even enables a scattering spectrum of a single nano colloid particle(Figure 2,3). Various kinds of spectroscopic measurements are possible: transmission, absorption, scattering, fluorescence, etc. The measurable wavelength ranges from 450nm to 950nm.
